I think on the East Coast is has to be Miami or Connecticut. Most of the Ferraris are in CT not in NY because the ultra rich does not keep their cars in NYC which has one of the worst roads in the area and no place to keep the cars.

Miami definitely has a huge display of cars due to weather, land, and amount of rich elites.

Per capita it's probably Vegas or some tiny municipality in Connecticut.

I've been to all of these cities many times, except Houston (once, for a week) and Atlanta (two days). And to me, it's San Jose, by a lot. Cupertino, Sunnyvale, etc. Let's just call it Santa Clara and San Mateo County, California. Driving down De Anza Boulevard in Cupertino was an eye opener. It seemed like third or fourth car was a Mercedes, Tesla, or a high end sports car.

Honorable mention: South Beach, Miami. As well as Coral Gables.

Miami

I’ve been to most of the cities listed and I’ve never seen more exotic cars in one spot than South Beach. It’s not remotely close even. It’s probably the #3 spot in the world behind Dubai and Monaco.

I’ll give LA some credit too. I think Ocean Drive in Miami and Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills are about the only two places I go look on Google Streetview and definitely see some sort of >$250,000 sports car.

As far as exotic cars are concerned, it's LA, and no other city is close. In places like Miami, Atlanta, NYC, you notice an exotic car when you see it. It LA, Ferrari & Lamborghinis, etc.., exotics are almost as common as Camrys and Accords.

If you're talking about high performance models (AMG, Audi RS and BMW M, etc) and exotics, this would be my list.

1: LA
2 (tie): Miami/Dallas
3: Houston
4: NYC
5: Atlanta

"Regular" luxury cars in general like new 5/7 series, S classes, etc. You could probably throw some of the east coast cities higher.

I never noticed any of that in LA.

I have also never seen a Lambo/Ferrari/etc in Manhattan. I did see a Bentley on 57th/Lex

I see Rolls, Lambos and Ferraris quite often in the LA area. Tesla is the #1 selling car in California so I don't consider that a luxury vehicle, at least not here.
