Great. I think theres two in the surrounding cities. 4 for the 1.1 million population.

But, the mill cities seem to not be doing well (Lowell, Brockton, Worcester)

That's phenomenal for a US urban area. I wonder if Boston / Boston urban core is leading US major urban areas on this.

The last few years Boston MSA and Providence MSA traded off as the safest large urban areas, but as of now, I think it’s definitely Boston over Providence.

Matter fact with the exception of ward 7 and 8 across the river DC has 17 in a population of 510k which would give it a rate slightly less than Pittsburg.

DC excluding east of the river SE, NE- rate 3.33
EOTR SE, NE rate 11.25

Poor comparison. Northwest Jackson to SE DC would be more apples to apples.
