I'm not saying philly has the best skyline, but it's far from the worst. Philly's skyline is difficult to capture becasue the tall buildings are clustered sort of away from the historic center of the city and the skyline is not large for the size of the city. But I think it has a nice attractive skyline regardless.

San antonio hands down. Its mind bending that a city of a million in the skyline competetion is getting its butt kicked by some towns barely passing 100k

San Antonio's skyline is no where near the worst and what city of barely 100K has a skyline the size of SA. SA's downtown destroys uptown Charlottes density and vibrancy hands down. Charlotte has a few taller structures but its mostly parking lots and empty streets. Ive walked through uptown/Downtown Charlotte on a Saturday afternoon and was dissapointed and the rail was lifeless.

just because it doesn't involve Philly doesn't make it pointless.
