Out of these two cities, which one has better nightlife, restaurants, vibe, downtown, diversity, scenery, architecture etc. Which city is better overall? Which city would you rather live in and why?

Seattle. Most people will vote Miami however, for weather/beach related things. But those aren't important to me.

I rather take cold rainy days than T-Storms, hurricanes, and constant humidty.

My vote goes to Seattle.

I'd rather have thunderstorms and hurricanes, than constant dreary days and the threat of major earthquakes and volcanic eruptions.

Miami has better weather in winter, Seattle has better weather in the summer. But Seattle is a much cleaner, urban feeling city. I think these two cities are as different as any two cities in America- so one's choice will come down to personal preference. Although I detest cloudy days, i'd still pick Seattle b/c I view it as being a much better place to raise a family AND I think it has a much better downtown vibe.
