It is sort of rediculius of a comparison. Why don't we even it out, and compare Far Rockaway beach or Brighton Beach to Venice, or Santa Monica?

Comparing what? Density and culture definitely would go to Brighton Beach, beauty would go to Venice and Santa Monica. Far Rockaway is ghetto, so nothing there.

Venice Beach is also dirty and ghetto.

Santa Monica is clearly nicer than the three, however.

It is nicer than Far Rockaway though. Far Rockaway is the projects. That is one neighborhood that old New York still exists.

Far Rockaway is in another category of ghetto, LOL, but Venice is still gross (but paradise compared to FR ).
