This is just meant for fun. Hypothetically the United States has to drop 2 states and get back to 48. Just your funny state impressions not a serious socio-economic debate. I would pick (1) Texas because they brag too much and want to be a seperate country anyway. (2) Florida, where I live now.. .because of Pee Wee Herman's arrest, election counts and dangling chads.
I agree with Texas. The other state that the US should Loose is Alabama.
Cool man, Texas Medical Center. What makes you think that's the only place highly skilled doctors are going to? There's plenty of great hospitals in New York City, and there's also a reason Boston receives more medical research funding than any other city in the country.
Not a knock on Houston and their medical services, but it's not #1. Even if it was, there's still plenty of highly-skilled doctors across the country.
As far as the U.S, states I would remove. Let's see... I choose Canada and Ohio. (this should be fun).
I was going to say Canada could sell you wheat but you want to sell Canada too. What would Florida do without it's annual speedo wearing senior citizens from Canada?
yes, vermont, then what the heck, how are you going to get maple syrup for your pancakes?
