Hate to admit my own prejudice but 2 states that America could lose would have to be either Southern or Midwest states like South Dakota or South Carolina.

Hmm...I guess I'd have to say Ohio, never really had any positive experiences with that state or people from it.

Maybe we could trade it for Cuba, and turn Cuba into a Florida-like resort?

California for sure, they suck. Should be its own country with arnold as president. Make them get a green card if they wanna move to oregon, or anywhere for that matter

Montana and North Dakota, nobody will notice their absence. Give 'em to Canada, or just declare them as independent Native American countries. I'd choose many more states, but the OP said to pick just two, so.....
