No. The wealthiest zip code in the United States is in Manhattan per the IRS. So is the second, the fourth, the fifth, the sixth and so fourth. Beverly Hills is not even in the top 30.
If your not already aware more than just a few people in LA have second homes in NYC as well..Don't act like NYC is the only big player in luxury real estate. I would venture to guess that Californian's own as much as one tenth of New York's most expensive real estate
Well if by opinions you mean you heard but haven't experienced than I can's see how usefull can it be.
Well I understand that you struggle heavily with English, but I'll try to break this down for you at a level you hopefully can comprehend. (By the way, you meant to say, "THEN I CAN see how USEFUL IT CAN be." Poor remedial English user. )
I was actually LOOKING for opinions from others who could say whether or not what I've heard was true. Notice that I didn't GIVE any opinions on DC clubs b/c I have yet to experience them. I was trying to get the opinions of those that have. Are you with me? Or would you understand better in broken, misspelled English? I'm not sure if I'd get that right, but I could try!
Well if you look how dense and close together everything is there is a big difference. For example LA barely has any parks, a not so good public transportation system and city infrastructure. Almost every house in LA takes alot of space for yards right. In NYCs case alot of house are small have small yards but good enough for many people. Alot of houses in here are 2-3 family homes even if it looks single family. Like my friend who lives on the third floor of a regular house as an apartment but its not very noticeable. Second Why do think NYC is more dense. The average NY'er uses lesses energy. So the amount of parks and public spaces, mass transportation fleet(also green), small dense housing, etc all balance everything out.
We have good urban parks: Mac Arthur park, Echo park, Griffith park ever heard of them? We have 2 subways too and 2 new light rail lines being added to the system as well. Plus a excellent bus system. Just wanted you to know.
Well its not like I'm in NYC at 830PM on a Friday night right now not enjoying any of the fun I keep hearing about. Oh wait, that's what you're doing right now visiting this forum from your computer! I'm actually ending my day at work right now, what's your excuse?
LOL, Forbes Magazine more credible than the Internal Revenue Service.
