NYC suburbs by far because of the diversity of its burbs.
I will have to respectfully disagree. LA suburbs by and far, because of there variety of places of interest and outdoor activities(beaches, snow skiing, surfing, theme parks, ect, ect). When you add those, LA's suburbs are incomparable.
I know it's taboo to say to some, but I was actually impressed by Plano (outside Dallas). For such a fast-growing suburb, the city is well-planned and laid out well (certainly more impressive than anything you see here in Atlanta in terms of planning). Good schools and a lot of companies, so its not a bedroom community.
Totally agree...while I'm not really the biggest fan of TX, that was probably one of the best places that I ever lived, especially for the money. The people could be a bit preachy and conservative at times, but other than that, it was pretty cool. Some of the best shopping in the area, good schools, and nice amenities for a decent price. And the road network was easily one of the best that I've seen yet.
