That's SF basically year round. Might as well be called the city of shawls--so classy and so dramatic.

And no more neckties for men will be the next California export trend to the nation.
Its already done. We exported that trend over a decade ago and they ate it up.

Is it poor taste to wear sneakers w/ slacks? Or sandals everywhere? My feet get hard from all the bare feet or flip flops. It's nice to put socks on during winter because your feet stay cleaner and soften up.

Probably but it depends on the situation. I have a pair of K-Swiss Classics that I wear during lunch hour sometimes(but never to a business lunch). Hard soled dress shoes can hurt after a while. Not to mention slippery. LOL

Just don't wear socks with sandals or flip-flops.

Why? Because I don't agree with you? That is pretty lame although I expected that "comeback" from you or one of the other 4 NY'ers that can't handle the truth or the fact that not everyone thinks that NY is the greatest

I would apologize, but I am not sorry

You've never been to either city.

And since when are you such a fashionista, that you feel you are qualified to put down the way others dress?

Right, that's why I have pictures of me traveling all over the world You've pulled this card countless times. Just goes to show you haven't traveled anywhere since you constantly bring this up.

10 Walmarts on an island that's 130 miles long is NOTHING, lol. Towns down south have waaaaaay more. You really think all 3.5 million people on the island are flocking to 10 Walmarts for clothes???? lol wow.

Just alone in the Americana mall, which is a very small mall, there's the following stores:

Chanel, Coach, Dior, Giorgio Armani, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Tiffanys.

Shopping Malls: Americana Manhasset, Manhasset, NY (miracle Mile) - Citidex Long Island

And go about 15 miles east, and you're at the Walt Whitman mall, which has Bloomingdales, Saks, Armani.

Yeah, we have terrible fashion sense with all these stores, lol. We have a lot more upscale stores than Walmarts. Long Island is known for wearing expensive clothes and looking good.
