THE COMP WAS VISITING HIS SISTER AT THE OFFENSE LOCATION, WHEN HE BECAME INVOLVED IN A CONFLICT WITH THE SUSPECT. SUSPECT STABBED THE COMP 6 TIMES, CAUSING HIS DEATH. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AT THE SCENE. END OF ELEMENTS

TROOPER IN A MARKED SQUAD CAR. THE WITNESS ATTEMPTED TO STOP THE COMPLAINANT
FOR A SPEEDING VIOLATION N/B ON THE NORTH DALLAS TOLLWAY. THE COMPLAINANT TOOK
THE NORTHWEST HWY EXIT THEN MADE A LEFT TURN ONTO DOUGLAS AVE WITHOUT STOPPING
FOR THE WITNESS. THE WITNESS PURSUED THE COMPLAINANT N/B ON DOUGLAS WITH LIGHTS
AND SIREN AT SPEEDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. DOUGLAS AVE ENDS AT WALNUT HILL LN. THE
COMPLAINANT DISREGARDED THE STOP SIGN AND CROSSED WALNUT HILL LN, ENTERING THE
DRIVEWAY OF THE RESIDENCE AT 5803 WALNUT HILL. THE COMPLAINANT THEN COLLIDED
HEAD ON INTO A BRICK WALL PROTECTING THE RESIDENCE GARAGE. DFR #35 RESPONDED
AND PRONOUNCED THE COMPLAINANT DECEASED AT 10:05 PM FROM MASSIVE BLUNT FORCE
TRAUMA TO THE HEAD. VEHICLE CRIMES UNIT DETECTIVE #5593 RESPONDED TO THE SCENE
AND TOOK DIGITAL PHOTOS. ASSISTANT DALLAS COUNTY MEDICAL EXAMINER KYLE KAIGHEN
RESPONDED AND TOOK POSSESSION OF THE COMPLAINANT. THE COMPLAINANT'S MOTORCYCLE
WAS TOWED TO THE DALLAS CITY POUND. R/O'S WERE UNABLE TO LOCATE A NEXT OF KIN AT
