A lot of Dallas does look very modern yet a lot of it still looks like its stuck in the 70's & 80's.
The new park deck & bridge are nice modern additions. I drove under the park deck & it feels like you're in a NYC tunnel for a very & I mean very short distance.
new york city is more of a mixed bag actually. downtown Brooklyn, and the west side of manhattan, and the upper east side(not the residential sides) have futuristic items.
where as the the middle of midtown, and downtown look old to the core.
But on another note, has anyone seen how futureistic Dubai looks?
this seems to be the new thing now. they have this is Singapore, and i think they also have this somewhere in Philadelphia. I love this new technique alot.
love miami as well. Half my family lives in west palm beach.
nice stuff from Chicago. im starting to notice alot of these green roofs in manhattan.
in fact 2 months ago i was at some wealthy party(doing security) on a roof that was nice and green.
it felt like a elevated garden.
