I already know the answer to this (as far as major cities go) but I would like to see what others can bring about this conversation.

Okay, diversity can be an important attribute to some and not to others, and we all have our own very definitions of diversity. And in my opinion, I want to focus on only racial diversity here not ethnic diversity.

So what cities come close to have a 4 piece pie when it comes to racial diversity, meaning the main 4 races (White, Black, Asian, & Hispanic/Latino) come the closest to 25% on a whole for all the cities.

Some samples I want to throw out there are Oakland & Sacramento.

Oakland:
White: 37%
Black: 27.7%
Asian: 15%
Hispanic: 25.5%

Sacramento:
White: 50.9%
Black: 13.6%
Asian: 18.1%
Hispanic: 25.1%

Obviously as you guys can see none of them are perfectly aligned or come extremely close to what I am asking which is this scenario:
White: 25% (nearly around here)
Black: 25% (nearly around here)
Asian: 25% (nearly around here)
Hispanic: 25% (nearly around here)

And for the record, yes I know technically "Hispanic" isn't a race. A person can be Black & Hispanic, White & Hispanic, Asian & Hispanic. But with my scenario I just want to see what cities come close.

And I did give the examples in just the city propers, but if you want you can give the percentages for MSA and CSA also.

So my question is, what other cities can you list to me here that come close to the balanced scenario that I am asking for here?

I already checked most of the other cities, and I already know what comes close and what doesn't but I want to personally see if I am missing anything so I'm open to suggestions and responses from others on this.

Jersey City should win this.

Using 2005-2009 ACS Estimates I got:

White Non-Hispanic = 25.3%
Black Non-Hispanic = 27.3%
Asian Non-Hispanic = 19.2%
Hispanic = 28.2%

For the borough/county of Queens, a similar result:

White Non-Hispanic = 31.7%
Black Non-Hispanic = 19.6%
Asian Non-Hispanic = 21.8%
Hispanic = 26.9%

Finally, for NYC as a whole:

White Non-Hispanic = 35.6%
Black Non-Hispanic = 25.2%
Asian Non-Hispanic = 11.7%
Hispanic = 27.5%

A community in NY with a good chunk of 5 groups is Hillburn in Rockland County: Hillburn, New York - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hillcrest also in Rockland County NY has a relatively good balance: Hillcrest, Rockland County, New York - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

As for a school district, the Schenectady City School District is pretty balanced: Test Scores for Schenectady City School District | GreatSchools

Utica City SD is pretty good too: Test Scores for Utica City School District | GreatSchools
