This will be a huge puzzle piece to the success of Downtown once completed. After May Company, how many buildings are even left to renovate Downtown???

925 Euclid has to be the next, and one of the last buildings left to renovate. Will be interesting to see what happens with the former Cleveland Athletic Club building. We should be hearing some news on it VERY soon...

I've heard developers say that Downtown Cleveland would need the equivalent of five more nuCleus to meet the future demand for downtown living.

This article speaks seems to back up those projections:

Only three (or more accurately perhaps two ) more sides to go, before views of the Cleveland skyline largely will be rid of that eyesore.

Unfortunately, the Justice Center likely always will be visible from the Inner Harbor.

The webcam of Public Square is mesmerizing for some reason -- the bus traffic, the tiny people, it reminds me of Sim City. I hope Tower City leaves it up even after Public Square is finished. Wouldn't it be great viewing during the Star Spangled Spectacular and other large events at Public Square, or during a major snow storm?
