I actually think it's the opposite. Development has been speeding up and Clevelanders are getting too used to the news!

There is a lull in new announcements, but lots of actual construction is going on.

One disappointment: I had hoped for an announcement of a start date for the nuCLEus project by now (I believe the parking lot portion was supposed to come first); that would be a good one to hear.
