Oh really? I thought it was a lot more recent. I remember on Emporis.com (Skyscrapers.com) it was only around 2 years ago and they said a 1,100 ft building had been proposed for Cleveland, must have been a different one because you are talking 1992-ish now.

Speaking of development has anyone seen the terminal tower lately. It looks really nice. The top part is done. At night it's lit up red instead of yellow like it used to be. They just have the bottom part left to do and it will be completed. Can't wait to see what it looks like once it's done.

Thats the Euclid Corridor Project. I think their half way done with it now or something like that. I saw part of it and it looks pretty good. However a lot of people are complaining that theres only 1 car lane on each side. Theres the rapid in the middle and then a bus only lane also.

They are actually doing work on the inside too. They are planning an observation deck at the top. It still has about 2-3 more years. But if you have been to the top, the views are awesome. The Lakefront, The Mall, Public Square, all awesome views. Can't wait till it is finished.
