I just graduated from high school. I've been researching and communicating with a few friends about some apartments in Greenville. I wasn't raised with a lot of money but I don't want to live anywhere run down. I know I can do better than that. I want to live somewhere safe and a reasonable price. I've been looking at Keswick apartments. Any feedback on that is welcome. My price range is atleast $500 to $600. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Thanks in advance !
I'm going to Pitt . I'm really looking for apartments on Firetower Rd. but I can't find any online . I was told Winterville is way more safer than Greenville .
I actually just looked at a ton of apartments in Greenville/Winterville for myself!! You can't live in the ECU dorms (obviously) but have you looked at student living apartments? North Campus Crossing is $449 a month for a 2 BR, and although I haven't seen it in person, from pics it looks gorgeous. The other student apartments are The Bellamy, The Landing, Tar River Estates, and Stratford Arms. I am not sure about exact pricing on those, but most should be within your budget. If you are willing to splurge into the 7's, there are several Dudley's Grant townhomes for rent. South Haven is o.k., nothing spectacular but liveable at $560 a month. I actually wouldn't recommend the one that I thought I might be renting a week ago which is Signature Place. Would stay away from, don't get much bang for your buck. And don't assume a complex isn't on Firetower just because the street isn't Firetower, mapquest the distance from Firetower since there are many side-streets that are just as safe off of Firetower.
i don't know where that's at. But i'll find out next weekend. I'm going looking in person. but thanks alot !
