We have our house on the market in Regency Lakes for 100K less than our investment. It is a great house and a great deal! It has lots of upgrades, crawl space, speaker system throughout, additional sunroom, extensive crown moulding, etc. etc. It is located near the back gate for easy ingress/egress and near the pool and fitness center.

Hula,

Are you selling independently or through an agent? If it is the latter, what is the MLS number?

I understand there are four different golf clubs. I have also seen the term Signature Membership. But I think you would get the best answer by contacting the St James marketing staff directly.

Well I just received the latest copy of Cat Tales (March 2013) in the mail. I should have broken out the champagne, it marks the end of our first year as the senior editors of the award winning magazine that is unique to St. James. We have a circulation of over 4,000 for the print edition. It is distributed free of charge to POA members. It is completely supported by local advertisers. All the work, writing, proofing, editing and photography is handled by volunteers. I t is truly a labor of love and indicative of the spirit an sense of pride so prevalent at St. James. bill and barbara voss Cat Tales Senior Editors

Here's the information on the house we have for sale in Regency Lakes. Please feel free to ask questions and I will do my best to answer. It is a great deal - as I said previously - over 100K less than our investment. It is a great house, well built and with lots of extras.

Beautiful home and decorated professionally. I am shocked it is still on the market. Great price too.... I'm probably being to nosy but why are you leaving? I'm dying to get down there and this house would be perfect for us....I'm fed up with New Jersey after living in Charlotte for 20 years. Longest 6 years of my life, not to mention the 1:45 hr commute each way to the Big Apple....

Oh well, turn 59 St Pattys day, 3 more years of misery unless I hit the lottery.....

Once again, very nice home.

The problem is living in Regency Lakes. Every house is the same and you can get lost trying to get around.. Since everything looks the same... It is a development....
