???? The post of his that you responded to doesn't contain an image, but does contain factual errors. I get that you people only want to talk to each other, but when you do, at least get the facts straight.
Here's a better map of the overpass/interchange.
He was referencing the image that was in the link that I originally sent which is different from the image you sent. By the way, thanks for sending your image, I had not seen that version before.
As for your comment, "I get that you people only want to talk to each other, but when you do, at least get the facts straight.", if you despise the people of SJP, why do you even comment on this forum?
PilotPaul.... amazing... I was just thinking the very same thing only to go a step further... life is very short and if one is unhappy where one lives one should simply move away... that is what so many of us have already done... instead of just whining and complaining about where one lives.
Other than I made a typo left instead of right in my description... it was factual. Sorry for the error. And the map Lucky Dawg shows the road connected along side Lowes just as I stated and as stated in the meeting with DoT. At no time do I remember it being stated it was temporary and would be removed. Granted it is just a concept drawing but all the roads shown were permanent to my understanding.
Some people can be picky. But this IS SJP. It is mostly a retirement community of well educated people with long professional careers behind them and everyone knows everything. Again, my apologies for the typo.
Construction will not start until 2018 with a 3-4 year project time line. That puts it at 2022 and if the smaller project at Beach Road is any indication, maybe it will be done by 2025. The medial age in SJP is mid 60s, and average life expectancy is 72 so I doubt most of us will not even have to worry about it.

Stoney - Great minds do think alike!
And even with all of the traffic congestion on 133/211, compared to the Baltimore-Washington area, it is quite light.

It says right on the map that the connector road by Lowe's is temporary. No biggie, not trying to beat you up, just pointing out the facts so everyone reading this will have the correct information.
Our good friend Lucky Dawg just seems to be a quite unhappy person living here in the area, just trying to help, I merely suggest a permanent change of climate to seek that happiness.... which, again, is what we all have done already..... but just pointing out the facts.

Who are you referring to? If its me, you couldn't possibly be more wrong. I LOVE where I live...I'm thankful every day for my wonderful little town and great life I have in it.

Facts? Really? What facts? I'm not at all unhappy...quite the opposite. I purposefully moved to this area and love it! You guys are way too sensitive.
OK, so you simply can't stand the people, especially the ones from "up North" or the new infrastructure or the new stores... OK I stand corrected.
No idea what you're talking about, sorry. What have I posted thats critical of the new stores or the new infrastructure? I'm actually very "pro" the new new shopping center, as its in the city limits of southport and will bring in lots of new revenue for the town. And I love the people of Southport.
