TCU-Bama and Baylor-Bama doesn't quite have the same cache as tOSU-Bama. Ohio State will bring more fans to New Orleans and will have more eyeballs glued to the TV.

And that's what it's all about... money, ratings, and fan dollars.
Ohio State beat a Wisconsin team that has had no good wins. The Big 10 is down. Baylor should have got in. But OSU sells more tickets and brings in more viewers than TCU/Baylor
You are forgetting something. OSU had 5 offensive players not playing that day and a freshman QB who now is considered a top 4 for the Heisman.
Now they destroy Wisconsin with a 3rd string QB which is very impressive. No program in the USA has 3 QBs who can do what they did yesterday.
Fla St is who you should be talking about, they are a 4 losses team easily without the luck they have had or the homer calls.
Buckeyes are the most improved team week to week of all teams period.
Absolutely no way you leave out the only undefeated team that just happens to be the defending national champs. You have to knock them off ON THE FOOTBALL FIELD.
It would have been a travesty to leave them off.
It's kind of like leaving off the Seahawks out of the playoffs after going undefeated (if they played in the weak NFC South)
What a farce!! Bring back the BCS, at least it would have given us the 2 best teams, which weren't a question
West Virginia 7-5 (road) and Baylor 11-1 (road) are better losses then Virginia Tech 6-6 (home).
Not only would TCU & Baylor win all 8 ACC games by double figures (FSU only won 5), they'd likely win all 8 games by 20 or more points which FSU only did once.
I don't have a problem with OSU getting in, TCU or Baylor should be in before FSU is.
Im an Oregon fan, and in years, with the exception of 2010, the BCS has had us 3rd or 4th at the end. We woud have been happy as peas in a pod to have this playoff. But now we are number 2 and it seems like a bit of a hassle to have to play one extra game. I think TCU got screwed, but at the same time, Im really glad Oregon does not have to play them. I really like the Idea of playing FSU.

There's definitely a case for Baylor and TCU, but Big 12 did this to itself by cutting the title game. Ohio State was just wicked last night. I was and still am skeptical about the Buckeyes, but it was hard not to be impressed by their thrashing of Wisconsin.
