To be frank, most people I know who majored in Political Sciences did so because it was a very easy major that allowed them to maintain a high GPA with minimal effort. These people then went on to apply to either Law School or Medical School, where having a high GPA matters, but the degree itself less so.
If you were looking for a career opportunity, that major won't help you. You need to market yourself and discover what you want to do, because there is no real job that actively looks for "degree in Political Science" unless you have friends/connections in the government. And even if there was, there are several degrees that would look better in those situations.
Don't be discouraged, either market your talents (assuming that major taught you something that can be applied in a job market), or to go medical/law school.
