do you know what would be a great fit as far as a sit-down restaurant at Columbiana, Brick Tops
BrickTop's Locations

They're currently in Charlotte (south park area), Atlanta, Nashville, Palm Beach, Naples and a few other locations

Friend of mine that liked Cowboy Steak House (as I do) downtown on Main St. says the new Rioz in the Harbison area is better.

There had been a sign on a lot next to the new Gold's at Killian Crossing announcing a new Rush's but that went away after a couple of days. The lot is still shown as having been sold, however. Has the Super Kroger (or whatever they're called) been officially confirmed? I've heard rumors, but haven't seen anything to make it more than that.

Value City Furniture is moving into the old Sofa Express spot in Village at Sandhills. Not sure how that's supposed to coexist with Rooms To Go a hundred yards away (Ashley didn't) but I suppose they're going to try.

Similar stores often congregate in the same area. There are many Lowes and Home Depots very close to each other.

Know for a fact the Kroger is on clemson/killian road.

There's two more future krogers on the books for 2016/2017

Another Cook-Out coming to Bush River Road at the old Shoneys. Great for my side of town.
