Does anyone know what is going in the old Aaron's rent to own space on Broadway? The building is empty now. I can't even think of who purchased it. I thought maybe CSU but I think the ledger building will soon be getting remodeled for their nursing program. There is also another building across the street that is being renovated too. No idea what that is either.

Noticed that as well. Definitely good news. I imagine it might be something with CSU but I'm not sure.
Btw, Barberitos will be opening in the early Spring on Broadway.

Sold back in August for $1.25 million to EJWH,LLLP - no idea on the use but I would think if CSU was planning on using it, they wouldn't of purchased it under another newly created LLLP.
