That's a bit much, concerning they're developing the smaller lots first, according to the Master Plan that published. I would of expected $250k-$300k. They're going to have some sweet amenities and such once it's 100% developed + these builders are high-end builders. When you get into $375k, it starts getting harder to sell.

It's two buildings, elevations only show the retail building - no confirmed tenets. West Georgia Eye Care is going in the other building on this map.

Does anyone know what else is going on the land across from El Vaquero near Carl Gregory? There used to be a for sale sign there but it has been removed. I know the dentist office is open and some sort of eatery is also going in but there is
