So what's next on the horizon? I see the few days of warmth our way but how does it look after that?

Weak unimpressive cold front next week with some showers.

Not really much. Progressive pattern meaning things are flowing across quick. Something around the 23rd might pop into the picture. NAO going positive now. Warmer East for now.

Watch the Black ice tonight as temps go below freezing. 60s in a couple days

I'm expecting a tornado or an earthquake next week.

LOL! I thought about the Earthquake but didnt we have one 3 weeks ago? or at least felt it.

We havent had a 100yr flood lately (maybe Spring during a Nor'Easter with the heavy snowpack)

What else are we missing?

Dont worry, look what the Euro is showing for next week +
Positive NAO = no cold air staying in place in the East and less stormy. Should change by Thanksgiving though

Snow melted so quickly today. It was so heavy and wet it just collapsed on its self..most of it was water anyway so temps in the 40's really did a job. 9 inches of snow last night and patches of grass already today.
