Nice to live life and work outside in this weather. Although a bit colder is preferred.

As far as 30s... put it this way... looking at the most extreme it's ever been at BDR 30s happened end of September. That means it has never been in the 30s before Sept 21st on record. And those are records. Will we have record cold temps end of September? Who knows. October is usually the month if we can get some really cold air to hit those 30s.

BDL record 30s start September 7th, Low 30s Sept 20th. So northern CT/Litchfield County see's 30s more in September but still, the air has to be really cold for it.

Monday the 9th and Sunday the 15th might come close for BDL

Upton: Another Cold front comes through tomorrow morning. 30s possible Sunday night!

232 PM EDT SAT SEP 7 2013
BEHIND THE FRONT...A SHOT OF COOL CANADIAN AIR ON GUSTY N/NW WINDS
EXPECTED SUNDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH SUNDAY EVENING. MAX WINDS GUSTS OF
AROUND 30 MPH POSSIBLE. MIXED LOW-LEVELS SHOULD KEEP TEMPS FROM
PLUMMETING ACROSS URBAN/COASTAL AREAS...BUT NW ZONES COULD DECOUPLE
AND RADIATE DOWN INTO THE UPPER 30S.

Boston:

143 PM EDT SAT SEP 7 2013
SUNDAY NIGHT...HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS OVER THE REGION WITH
DIMINISHING WINDS AND CLEAR SKIES. THIS SHOULD ALLOW RADIATIONAL
COOLING. DEWPOINTS ARE FORECAST TO RETURN TO 35-45 DEGREES. ALL
OF THIS MEANS MIN TEMPS OF 35-45...AND ANOTHER POTENTIAL FOR FROST
IN SOME OF THE COOL SPOTS OF SOUTHERN NEW ENGLAND. THE BEST CHANCE
WILL BE ACROSS SOUTHERN NH AND NORTHWEST MA.

Did someone order more chances of frost next weekend? Euro12z 850 freezing line down into CT. Widespread 30s in northeast. Kinda shocked to see this. 30s almost down to the New Haven/Middlesex coast

So ironic, as I was going to post the days are still a little too warm to be perfect.

Highest minimum was 80°. Lowest Minimum was 53°

Windsor Locks, CT
