I saw the sun 2 days in a row! About an hour ago I saw just a sliver of blue sky.

School of Marine and Atmospheric Sciences Real Time Data Systems

Socked in here as well with dense fog. What time do you think it clears today? Have so much yard work to do.

The forecast looks great through the rest of the week.

How cold has the 1st week of May been?

80+ yrs since the Avg Max temp was this cold in Hartford, NYC, Boston & Philly.

99 years for Hartford, NYC and Boston.

You have to go back to 1917 for a colder max temp avg 1st week of May. Impressive!

So yeah, none of us have experienced these daytime temps 1st week of May. Thank the 7 days of clouds mostly for that.

Oh look whats coming,.. Awesome. It's been a while. Just started drizzling.

9 days in a row with a Trace or more.
13 out of last 17 days had precip.

All together now.... what do we always say in this region?

"Enough with the rains".... and then .... "We need rain".

Rinse, Wash, Repeat.

Particularly impressed in that in those lists most of those years are before 1950!
