I got 25:1 mountain type snow ratios here. Fluff Stuff!

3am. 1.0" snow melted to 0.04" liquid. 25:1 Ratios

4am. 4.0" of snow. WOW!!! 3 inches fell in the past hour and melted to 0.10" liquid. That's 30:1 ratios!! I just swept a path with the broom.

Surprise... 7-10" has fallen in CT


Back edge is in NJ now and entering Poughkeepsie, NY.


Some places in CT could have over a foot

I didn't expect over 7 inches.


Time to shovel and try my battery snow blower. (1st snow thrower in my life)


It's fluffy snow so will be easy



Should last on the ground for a while too... Tuesday looks frigid

NWS estimates of final totals. I guess a lot of banding (or ocean enhancement?) on LI and much of CT. So far 5.0" at Newark and 5.5" at Central Park, but 8.4" at LGA and 8.2" at BDR
