Like I said, I'm not sure how they calculate it (hourly, daily, monthly, ect) but my numbers should be close...

Ok........... Here it is........ The "Unofficial" New Climate Normals for Bridgeport, CT Area. (BDR)

The biggest jump I see is........ Snowfall. Normal will be 34.2" for the season?
The other biggest jump I see is December's temp. Avg was 35.4° now its 36.6°. +1.2 degrees.

The only drop I see is Max Temp Avg for March by just -0.1 degree.

So does the new normal mean it will be easier to have a below normal temp and snowfall? lol

Spring is +0.4 warmer... Actually surprised about that but looks like May is the reason, not March or April.

Summer is +0.9 warmer (kinda surprised was that much)

Fall is +0.9 warmer (not surprised at all, expected that)

Winter is +0.9 warmer (not surprised)

I've been reading a lot of articles about the upcoming norms. While much of the US has warmed, most of the Midwest has actually cooled!

I can't find it now but a weather channel article on the new norms actually said yes

Awesome day today.

This March sure isn't like other March's in recent years..

Since 2013 only 2 years were above normal for March.

This year running almost 1° above normal so will be 3 times in 8 yrs

Aside from the winds gusting over 50mph it feels like summer out there in the 70s and 80s. 1st time in the 80s in Danbury since September 10th!

Look at BDR. Gotta love the coast. lol
