It'd be nice if China looked to remove Roadkill from the menu and eat real food like Italians.

Ciao!

For anyone that isn't nervous I suggest you listen to "The Daily" podcast on Spotify from today 2/27. This is going to cause major disruption at some point.

China actually did pass a temporary law like that. Methinks they should make it permanent.

China bans wild animal trade until coronavirus epidemic is eliminated

Good.
Maybe you send over some homemade manicott. They could use it, and a poco de proscuitto with some olio de oliva, right Artist.

You could look at it as stocks on sale. I’ve been gobbling them up as it falls.

FYI

This has some very good information in it. Some of it is basic common sense but there are some things that I did not know and will make me more vigilant about washing my hands and environment more often.

How Long Can Coronavirus Live On Surfaces, And Does Disinfecting Work?
https://www.yahoo.com/news/how-long-...203122530.html

"Those droplets can either land on you ― making you sick ― or they can fall onto a surface and take up residency for some time........Exactly how long remains unclear, but early evidence suspects the virus can survive up to nine days at a comfy room temperature."

Nine days seems like a long time.

Even my relatives leave sooner than this! Now I'm really scared!

Walmart in Shelton was packed on Saturday and people were clearing out the meds aisle. Tylenol was going fast and the canned food aisle.
My wife and I already stocking up on a few months supply of food and other essentials just in case. Better to be prepared than not. One day this should be in our rear view mirror but I believe it is going to get a lot worse first.

I’m not saying it won’t be bad, but the panic and reaction is typically far worse than the disease itself.

Clearing out Tylenol? Totally irrational.
