I'm old, I guess, (62) and I don't hear anybody speaking English like that in my community, at my place of employment, bars and restaurants I frequent, stores I shop, etc.

How well, or badly in this case, somebody's grasp of the English language is, isn't anything to get mad about, IMO.

If my son spoke like that then I WOULD consider it a real problem.
