I did not downplay and actually concurred with the poster who posted a video of people vandalising property which you did not.

In a similar report to the one done by the DOJ on policing, it has been found that countrywide, cities use their black populations as de facto revenue stream by enforcing traffic, quality of life and other civic statutes with especially draconian collection schemes. It is not unusual in many jurisdictions to have 100% of the expected revenue from parking and moving violations, utility delinquencies and shut-offs and other civil penalties come entirely from the black population in those areas. Detroit came to national attention for a sudden crack-down on water utility delinquencies. These were 100% targeted to black homewners while large business concerns owing $10K, $20K and more weren't bothered. Homeowners owing as little as $160.00 had their water turned off by the city the presence of small children or elderly in the homes didn't affect the outcome. Only nationwide outcry once the tactics gained media attention provided any respite from the siege. Who's gonna pay for everything, indeed. Do I need to mention the prices charged for everyday necessities in 'the hood" vs in the nicer parts of town? It appears that I do.

The Movement won't stop until there's equal justice at least. That's a start. I'll leave that open to interpretation.

People are wondering why people are protesting EVERY shooting and its because the Police have cried Wolf too many times. People don't trust them. I don't know if you need it up in bright letters or something, but its obvious to millions of Americans that Police corruption and Justice system corruption is a serious issue.

If you can't recognize YOU probably are the problem. Take off the bias.

Don't say Justice is blind when your not stopping and frisking on Wall Street. Or 5th Avenue. Or the suburbs when people are just out walking down the street or jogging.

There is no argument. Justice is not blind. And not only is it not blind in this country it has become oppressive.

What your seeing is simply a manifestation.

  1. Incorrect - It did make the news.
  2. Incorrect - Police did use tear gas at that event.
  3. Incorrect - All lives matter.
  4. Incorrect - National Guard is required, when rioters start burning down buildings, attacking police, shooting cops, looting.
  5. Incorrect - Blacks burned down Oakland in 2003 over a football game. However ALL rioting is just pointless violence. You confuse rioting with peaceful protest if you are talking about Civil Rights.

From the Oakland Riot.

The bold part isn't true. There are plenty of shootings that people don't protest such as Black on Black shootings that happen every day. The only bias present is the hypocrisy of outrage of a shooting of a Black by a White cop even when justified ONLY because the cop was White. Now that is bias.
