That 2nd article is a doozie.

Honest, the farmer, has not been charged yet. Honest has "close ties" to the local government.
4 collared lions have been killed on Honest's farm since January.

And all of a sudden none have permits.

I'm sure Zimbabwe would love for all these rich hunters to go back here and face the judge, pay their "fines" and then be allowed to go home.

I have never been in favor of trophy hunting myself but the people on here inciting violence against the Dentist are certifiable crackpots.

Well my friend, Zimbabwe had to charge him with a crime first which they didn't.
And US authorities don't investigate allegations of breaking laws in other countries.

I wonder, since this story broke, his many elephants, rhinos, lions, and all sorts of other critters, have been killed by real poachers, and we haven't heard about any of it. ?

So after reading that doozie ..what if...

The professional hunter and the farmer have done this before...4 times before and kept the money paid between them both ?

Palmer insists he paid for a legal hunt. And these safari companies do say they get the permits.
What if Theo and Honest had a racket going ?

4 collared lions killed on Theo's farm this year so far. Wouldn't that raise red flags somewhere ?

Exactly. Two sick, sadistic, racist psychopaths. No surprise here.

Nugent and the Dentist are both idiots. I am not a hunter, but can sort of understand hunting animals IF YOU ARE GOING TO EAT THEM, but killing a beautiful animal simply because you have the ability to do it is absolutely senseless.

I hope this Dentist loses everything he has, such a horrible thing to do to something that wasn't causing you any harm whatsoever.

Exactly. He was lured and slaughtered.

That takes any notion of "sport" out of it.

BTW, Zimbabwe has asked for his extradition. But the scaredy cat rich man is in hiding.
