Marijuana is mood-altering.

So is alcohol. So is caffeine. So is nicotine.

You're just reaching (and, frankly, not very well) for a reason to attack people doing something you don't think they should be allowed to do.

At any rate, since it's not all about you then your inability to understand why someone does something you think they should be allowed to do says nothing about anyone except yourself.

I think using "mood altering" substances is a sign of weakness. And giving in to weakness is bad for people. It thwarts personal growth.

I care more about those who use than do people who say it's okay. I believe people can rise to challenges and not need to run from or avoid them.

I'd really like to see what users could do if they faced life. The people I have met who quit booze and/or drugs are usually exceptional.

Agreed. I don't smoke and I support legalization. To call those that do smoke "potheads" is akin to calling anyone who has a drink an alcoholic.

Narrow minded judgmental attitudes thwart personal growth far more than pot, alcohol or caffeine.

Faking a "live and let live attitude" covers an "I don't give a crap" about others.

Why should you care what someone does in their house? I don't care if my neighbor is smoking pot at home, he doesn't care if I am. End of story.

Anyone notice that the rabid anti-pot folks are about the most rigid high strung people on CD?

If anyone could use a good chill out with a joint it's them because they sure don't sound like they enjoy having any kind of fun. Maybe judging others is a full time gig?

[And no, I don't smoke pot OR drink, but I can enjoy myself around other people living their lives their way. Using good judgment in your own life is a far cry from passing judgment on others.]

I'm sure a vast majority of them are happy to criticize people that partake in cannabis, while they sit on the bar stool or in a recliner drinking their booze catching a buzz.

Not me... I walk the talk...

People who use drugs marijuana included are a part of a good chain that supports narcoterrorism....always has.. Always will... Too much money in the drug game

One by one California counties are controlling marijuana... Because people who use cannot regulate their behavior.. And drugs by default attract lowlifes... Regardless of what CD posters say about how upstanding they are

Colorado as well... Mj folks would have you think there's a revolution... Bunk folks... Decriminalization.. Sure.. For some elements.. Control has just shifted

Don't do drugs.. Don't support people being murdered for your hedonistic activity

Pot isn't an innocent drug... It's an intoxicant... A stupifying narcitic
