I've looked at the video several times. But I think the family has a right to be heard and have their concerns and questions addressed.
Of course, the family wants to believe the Feds were at fault. It's their one last chance at a paycheck now that using foster kids to bring in $100+K/year while doing the ranch work is out.
The man ran a roadblock and then into a snow bank at the second roadblock. Instead of leaving his guns in the vehicle and stepping out to surrender, he got out and reached for the gun he had on him.
I just watched the video again and he was not flailing about trying to keep his balance in the snow. None of his movements indicated that he was having trouble keeping his balance. Typically, people trying to regain they balance throw their arms out. He did not.
Nor did he get out of the vehicle, put his hands up in the air and wait for LEO to come and handcuff him.
He got out, started moving around, reached for his gun he carried on him.
He wanted to go down in a blaze of glory and got his wish.
Exactly what concerns and questions need to be addressed?

Just checked around a few news sources and could hardly find an article. Seems everyone but the few of us have moved on to other concerns.
I see where the judge has stated there is no way to be assured if the defendants are released they won't occupy another government building.
Is it possible they could all be held in custody until this works its way through the legal system?
