Doesn't surprise me. I'm a natural blond. When I first started working, I used to wash in temporary coloring to darken my hair so I would be taken more seriously.
So, is the grey hair in addition to the rings/studs in eyebrows/nose/ears/tongue/lips or are they 'yesterday' things?
Or...both rings/studs and the grey makes one more marketable?
Millennials, if you want to be marketable, employ the use of grammatically correct English during your interview (no slang please), get off the cellphones, and LEARN HOW TO WRITE. I encounter these deficiencies routinely with young people.
I work with a woman who is 56 years old. She comes to work looking like she rolled around the driveway first, hair all over the place, smelling like ****. She brings her drama to work with her, doesn't get her work done on time and is a draining force in the office. I'd HAPPILY take a tattooed, pierced millennial over this woman.

Who raised millennials, may I ask?
The cool thing for every older generation to do is complain about the younger ones. It gets old. You and your generation weren't perfect as young adults, either. People need to get off their high horses.

Ha! This is so true. "It gets old". That was funny, JerseyGirl, whether intentional or not. As for this trend, I'm noting it's only popular with young men, not women. Just so typical of our culture, men with a little silver being considered sexy. Up to $300 for this treatment? Wait a little longer and it's free!
I think they all want to look like Julian Assange or something. It just seems like another trend for the metros. Any guy who would pay upwards of $300 for any sort of hair treatment is probably not doing it for the ladies but I do agree that many women are attracted by well-maintained men with grey hair. The problem is that grey hair is usually proceeded by other signs of age that are viewed as less attractive. So maybe these guys are just "selectively aging."
I have a friend who was completely grey before he turned thirty so it's not always synonymous with old age.
