Ducks are generally a favorable likable animal. Plus he is small. A support ostrich or bison wouldn't go over too well. So I have no problem with this. You can't smell him, he won't cause mayhem and an occasional quack is no big deal.
Puddles, the white duck mascot of the University of Oregon, flies with the team to all football games that are away from home. Not basketball games, I don't think, because of the messes on the floor.
WHAT a Heart Warming Story!! <hearts> ..So often self righteous often condemn the affects of such compassionate animals..This contempt always seems to come from ignorance of their role in therapy/treatments of other's they can not IDENTIFY with!! It's sad, that so many LACK any empathy for "Other's" struggles
