Ron being considerably smaller but likely more agile means he probably loses, but would get in some shots. OJ being much older and slower (but possibly stronger) could deal more lethal blows. I just don't think OJ had the combat ability to win a fight that cleanly against a black-belt. Win yes, but not without any damage.
Jason Simpson however.....he's bigger, younger and more combat experienced than his father. Him dominating a fight against Goldman with few if any scratches makes a lot more sense. But again, I think both Jason and OJ were there, regardless of who landed the killing blows.

This was hardly a fair fight, no squaring off, Goldman was ambushed.
IMO, you aren't giving enough weight to the facts that:
1. OJ was undoubtedly in a rage.....and when people are enraged their strength can be way above normal, adrenaline pumping.
2. OJ was armed with a knife, Goldman had no weapons.
3. OJ had the element of surprise, Goldman, in effect, was sucker punched by a bigger, stronger, enraged, armed assailant......OJ.
OJ was more than capable of killing both Nicole and Goldman all by himself under the circumstances.
