The Juice be let loose come Oct. 1st,2017... however he'll be on a "Short Leash"!! Lets hope he doesn't pull things like so many who violate parole gets away with it!!!
I watched almost all of OJ's testimony to the panel.. and found him far too talkative and tried to relitigate his trial.. actually I found him too focused on it with circular excuses for doing this planned " Heist" and like most narcissists blamed those nasty security that came along with him to that room. Woulda Coulda Shoulda
par usual in cases of narcissism personality people. He will have served his minimum sentence... which many don't get that without good lawyering and people with leverage step up to the plate. Some no body had pulled his stunt.. would never have had the ability to charm and schmooze with prison staff and inmates alike like he could. It's next to impossible not to violate some sort of rule when behind bars!! Privilege of station in life sure does have benefits, eh?
Be that as it may.. He getting out in 2 months + 11 days and he better mind his P's and Q's!!
I also watched and agree with your statements. They (parole board) allowed Simpson to retry his entire case with NO rebuttal witnesses and no contradictory evidence. The parole board should be serving the rest of his sentence simply because of their laissez faire attitude regarding Simpson's ramblings.
He was always treated with "privilege", went to the front of every line in prison, was given special treatment during exercise periods, etc.
He was an extremely gifted athlete and has now proven he is an extremely gifted convict.
He met the conditions of release, and I believe the board had no choice. Now he must live under a list of parolee rules; check in with a parole officer weekly or monthly, pass random drug tests, submit to random searches, no alcohol, no weapons, no association with felons, he can't just up and travel all over the country, etc etc. Good luck with that.
The report is that his $4 million in pensions gives him over $15,000 per month to live on now.
That is plenty. He should go on the talk shows or sports card trading shows, etc. and start paying the $30 million he owes the Goldman family.
If he did that he could get some sort of positive thoughts by a % of the public.
(if he makes an effort to pay them and he should be paid alot for appearances).
He can afford a few hundred hours a year making easy money that he does not need.
the media, and the world have spent way too much time on OJ. this man needs to be put out to pasture already.
shame on the 12 juriors that didnt put him away for good the first time, shame on them.
I know it would have taken me all but of 30 seconds to give my guilty charge in.

I heard the correct figure is $25k a month. I watched the parole show today, and I'm fine with the outcome.
I am sure he killed his wife, and her friend. He was acquitted of that.
He can never make up for that, but he is capable of living a life of redemption, and the reason he is in jail now is totally bs.

Of course you would! I mean innocent till proven guilty is like a foreign concept to you. You don't even have 1/2 the information those jurors had and you already have your mind made up. Hence the problem with the jury system in America. No wonder lowlife thugs like Zimmerman, Ray Tensing, Betty Crutcher, and Yanez can walk free after committing murder.

I'm pretty sure that the NFL pension might be in addition to his personal defined benefit pension plan which was fully funded at the time of the murders and which has provided him $ 25,000 per month since the 90s. I know the lawyer who set it up for him.
