I received an inappropriate pat down in Hawaii, which left me shaken and crying.

Meanwhile the real terrorists are just walking across the border.
The irony of it all.

How many real terrorists have the TSA captured ?

Not all terrorists look like terrorists (whatever that means). Google Daniel Patrick Boyd. A good ole' North Carolina boy who also happened to be a Muslim jihadist.

How does that even relate to TSA pat downs ?

If anything all those members of his group freely traveled in and out of the US and were not caught by the TSA.

My point was exactly what I said ... Not all terrorists look like terrorists.

Whether or not they were caught by TSA is irrelevant.

Pat downs are not strip searches.

No actually we're not. A lawsuit was filed and it will be up to a jury to decide if it occurred.
We're just here commenting on the story.

Judging by the commentary, most everyone is taking her word for it.

Well seeing that she hired a lawyer and filed a lawsuit, she might have more credibility then if she had just taken to facebook/twitter with victim outrage.

When I see the twitter/facebook stories I pretty much dismiss them.
When you hire a lawyer and file a lawsuit and are prepared to go to court...well this one might have some "meat" to it.

They’re not all Muslim either. Timothy McVeigh anyone? Or the numerous individuals who’ve shot up concerts, movie theaters and schools in recent years. There are plenty of terrorists right here on American soil who are born and raised Americans, who are terrorizing citizens everyday, but I digress.

I think where some might feel this search went too far was the woman was asked to expose her genitals and remove a feminine product which TSA wanted to inspect. If this truly happened, I can understand how this could lead to severe distress and humiliation for the individual subjected to it.
