I don't know where you get your information from, but what I said was correct. Pixar in particular was shut down and moved to South Korea, and there was a huge law suit with the animator unions to try and stop it, but a corrupt judge waved the lawsuit and allowed Disney to keep the studio in SK.

This was detailed in Bob Iger's new book, and he seems very proud of himself for it. He's also very proud that he took all creative control away from George Lucas. Says alot about this guy.

Nope, Pixar has their headquarters in Emeryville, California.

If there are any laws I would love to change, right near the top would be our absurd copyright laws. Thomas Jefferson had the right idea on this.

I wouldn't want to change it. If we changed it today, I'm pretty sure it would be for the worse. The Copyright Act of 1976, was actually a pretty fair balanced law. It created the concept of Fair Use, and made copying for personal use legal. I'm pretty sure none of that would get passed today.

But it would be nice if we could get rid of copyright laws all together. They don't really protect creators. It's just more corporate welfare, and is often used against the creators, it's supposed to protect.

The same thing happens to folks who have outdoor video projection parties in their backyard. If a copyrighted item is shown, they may be subject to fines and penalties, if they didn't buy a license for public display.

Sounds like you'd revoke the special "person hood" of artificial entities like corporations, that can wield more power than the individual. Let's end limited liability while we're at it. That should almost end any advantage a corporation would have over the real human being.

Yes I wound. I especially like how corporations are a person, when it comes to having the same rights that people have. But when it comes to obligations, such as paying the same taxes that people pay, then they are not a person. All the benefits of being a person, with none of the obligations. How can they go wrong with a deal like that?

I have a corporation which can neither vote in elections, nor evade paying its own taxes.
So... not sure if you're speaking from the same experience as one who has established such.
