I don't see a motive yet. Is she nothing but a punkette who got what she thought was a dirty look and shoved her. Is this about being 'disrespected' which so many under 30 over take quite personally.
If she was Black, the sentence would be severe. There is a video of her mocking the deaf. She is a scary bully and rather stupid. It’s like she is a rabid creature. Reminds me of bullies in grade school, but she is 26.
Much as expected, this Pazienza woman is off the rails horrible. People like that tend to target bright lights like Barbara Gustern who brought nothing but goodness into this world.
She could have saved 100k by pleading guilty and serving her time.
The fact that she stood there as the ambulance arrived. No officers questioned her?

Why would officers have picked her out to question? They hadn't looked at the videos at that point. Apparently none of the witnesses ID'd her on the scene, either.
