I am, but not too sure how much of that is in Sandy's direction. I think the bad bad is more east coast. Of course, if Evey was still here, I'd know my forecast with pinpoint accuracy!

Good morning.

GOt in my 2 mile walk and 1/2 hour weights. Now, if I could just curb my eating habits....

Glad CD got moved in. I gather he's making this his career now.

Housework day...got the place picked up, anyway. It looks better already. We've had crystal chandeliers for about 10 years now (I used to work for a co. that made them) and this is the first time Len's ever mentioned anything about one needing to be cleaned. So it must be pretty bad.

Today, so far, I have shovelled our driveway and the front walk to the mailbox three times. The driveway is more like a mini parking lot, with room for 3 cars next to each other in a big square, and a pickup truck to the side in front of the garage. I used an old fashioned plastic snow shovel with a metal rim on the bottom so it doesn't break on ice.

Accumulated calorie expenditure so far: Estimated 800.

And we have another 24 hours of snow coming

Be careful out in that stuff!

Today I did a tough cardio one that I recorded from exercisetv, and yesterday I did a HIIT lower body workout--oh boy. So, I'll just be rolling myself around in my computer chair in lieu of walking!

I [finally] posted my pics from last year's flowers on my FB page. Saw the posts from Proven Winners and it inspired me!

Good evening all!

Got a couple feet of snow here, I ventured out before the plows and got stuck down the street. Of course I was able to back up and then go in the other direction, following car tracks from other cars. Once I got on the main roads they were dry, our road guys have really been coming through for the drivers this year.

Nothing in exercise today, it was all about a snow day for the kids.

Glad to hear about CD Karla. I bet it feels good for him too. Kinda like a kid in a candy store, finding things he forgot about!

Have a good night all.

This is the 5th week of "Insanity Bootcamp". Three hours a week of insanity workouts and bust your butt burns.

It is still miserable. But I am enjoying it more. Or is it a bit less miserable? Not sure....
