My fingers are crossed big time for you Jeannie. It's such a pain to deal with the things you have to deal with in selling a house. Hope ours sells soon too.
I did the water aerobics today. Seems to be my thing to do M-F. The water feels so good afterwards though.

We have decided to go ahead and buy a new dishwasher and are hoping to get a good deal on a basic one.
Jeannie, that is so exciting and gives hope to those of us in the same situation. Will be keeping everything possible crossed just in case, but it sounds like they really like/want the house so hopefully everything will go smoothly.

my mil is really nice and we get along very well
my fil (the're divorced) is just wacky enough that we have a blast when he comes to visit
