If nothing else than at least OP is now eligible to find a home in any part of DDW on her own. Who knows, she may decide to move here permanently after finishing her education.

lol.... all this talk in the third person tense of mr buyer, mrs buyer, spouse #1 and Spouse #2 etc was a little hard for me to follow along for a bit. Kinda reminds me of a mathematical word problem on a test, or a case problem to solve on the bar exam or something. IMHO it would have been easier if Mr. & Mrs. buyer were to create a username here, log on, and post these questions up themselves and leave AsianGal alone.

It's true Keeping, I have learned quite a bit about the area through my research.

Mr. Chad, lol I am sorry it got confusing a bit. I've gotten the info I desired so I'm glad about that.

Thank you all.

Thought I'd update. They picked Allen. All that research paid off. They had initially chosen to put a deposit in Frisco but the next day picked a new house in Allen by a builder. Thank God! It has been a very lengthy search with a lot of research by several people involved. But it's paid off because its a nice house in a nice part of Allen.

I remember neither being particularly keen initially on Allen area so it goes to show that sometimes you just dont know where you will buy a house till its done. They were pretty focused on Frisco and later seriously considered Plano.

Thanks for reading and the input provided in this post.
