Pardon my naïveté, but I thought it was illegal to:

1.) Drive around in the dark without headlights
2.) Drive around with an expired paper tag or one pasted over a real license plate

Yet I see both on a daily basis.

Where's the outrage?

Highly frustrating...simply no effort for enforcement these days. A state trooper would most likely stop someone but the number of them I see in traffic has diminished significantly in the last five years.

Adding to your list:
3) Driving while texting

The population continues to explode so quickly in DFW, that local law enforcement are probably overwhelmed, outnumbered, and undermanned, in proportion to the amount of drivers that are always on the streets and roads nowadays.

DFW region is severely understaffed in terms of law enforcement. Although the region is booming in terms of economy and amount of people coming in, it makes me wonder what kind of looks like the Wild Wild West nowdays

I guess I find it frustrating because around where we live, we only see the police focusing on enforcement in school zones (and even then only sporadically) or in areas where people speed regularly and there are plenty of residential streets to hide in so they can pop out and give them an easy speeding ticket. It seems like they're only focusing on enforcement where the money is easy rather than where safety is a real issue.

I'll add to your list: idiots driving 95 mph on the interstate, while weaving in and out of traffic.

75 in a nutshell: Guy driving 65 in the left lane, cuts across 4 lanes and exits with no signal.

Guy in Right lane driving 90.

Person in middle lane looking at their phone.

Another thing that pisses me off is the bogus paper plate people get to use toll roads for free while the rest of us suckers are picking up the tab.

I'll add more...

4) Out of state plates...on peeps that have been here more than 30 days... I see the same car day after day for months in traffic. The law is clear here but few follow and the rest of us pay the road taxes for them.
