Congrats! What great news!

My assumption is that the wait pool is done moving but maybe not.

Then again, at every single tour we heard what seemed like half the parents saying they were alumni, had a sibling in the school already, or had a parent on staff. Felt a little rigged against us this year.

Anyway, not holding out much hope for a WL admit but also not real excited to go through the process again in a year.
I understand that the wait for the results and the process has been stressful, especially with the mention of "record" applications and "an unconventional and competitive year." I'm sorry that not all of your options have been successful, but your experience and openness about this may be important to other families. My son used to go to a regular school and we pay for homework, found https://ca.edubirdie.com/pay-for-homework for this. Then we realized that this was not entirely normal. We decided to go to a private school and it turned out to be the right decision.

We are waitpooled at Greenhill this year for Freshman year. Could you tell me about your experience in the waitpool? Did y'all get in or know anyone who did from the waitpool?
