Considering it happened to both me and my wife about 30-60 minutes after eating there, having eaten nothing else before that today... I'm pretty sure it was.

Then you definitely need to let them know. If your food was contaminated it could have happened at any point along the food chain, they need to know so they can (hopefully) rectify the problem. If your illness was due to a food-borne pathogen, those can be fatal especially to children and the elderly.

It wouldnt be just one visit by one customer. If it were tainted food, it'd be all over the news especially with the hype. I find the post highly suspect, you dont get the runs 30 minutes after eating something.

Any more reports about getting the runs 30 minutes after eating InNOut?

Actually you would be surprised by how much contamination goes unreported due to assumptions like yours and people failing to seek medical attention or reporting incidents just like these. And even when they're reported, often a recall isn't publicized. You need to read up on the industry more. This isn't about In-n-Out. It's about the industry that supplies meat to In-n-Out. When I say "anywhere in the food chain", I mean that the contamination most likely occurred where the meat was slaughtered.

Just drove by the abandoned Chinese buffet at Midway and 635 and to my immense dissapointment I found out that they are building an In-n-Out right in the heart of my neighborhood. I almost literally cried.

Is it possible that eating a greasy burger on an empty stomach just didn't agree with you?

A meal like that doesn't usually cause diarrhea though; if anything a whole bunch of meat and starch is likely to have the opposite effect, i.e. make you constipated.
