Daughter came over and we all cooked dinner together, then packed up the leftovers and had a wonderful camping trip. Got home and hubby got called into work!! Oh well, enjoy the good times while you can.
Just washed my hair ( smelled like a campfire) and going to just chill in front of the TV tonight, maybe try to finish my book.

My husband got a Chromebook for his birthday and I'm trying it out. It's so light weight and is soo fast!! I think I'm really liking it it. Just may have to ship the old lap top back into the office for awhile.
How knows... I just may get online a little more often.

OK, this Chromebook is costing me a fortune! Hubby comes home and gets on amazon every night, just clicking away... my house is full of Amazon boxes!!
It's the Friday before Christmas!!! Who's ready?? Not me. I still have a ton of wrapping to do, thanks to a wonderful shopping trip with my daughter yesterday. I swear, that girl is the "coupon on her phone" queen. We saved almost enough to cover what her dad is spending on Amazon!!!
I am so excited about Christmas this year. There seems to be more strangers just openly saying Merry Christmas this year. Maybe the world will settle down for awhile? There's always hope.
Just an update, I was approved for social security disability! At first I was so happy, but now sad... I can't live on this amount a month and just can NOT imagine a roommate after all these yrs. I have to sell the house (still 10 yr. mortgage), don't know where to move to, etc. NOT trying to bring down anyone over the holidays but needed to get it out. I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season and thank you for being my online friends. NOW - figure out where I should live! LOL
