When last I checked, they were $95 a month and would go to $106 when the clubhouse opens. I have no doubt that this information will change before the clubhouse opens, which is now alledgedly scheduled for about two years down the road.

I asked Rich from Roesville to update the website as it still contains old information, such as the clubhouse opening in Spring 2011. He said it should be done "within 48 hours". That was yesterday. Along with this update, the currently listed prices of the homes on the website are correct and will not be changing at this time.

Corrected information: My data on the HOA fees at Roesville was incorrect. According to Rich, they are currently still at $83 per month.

The website says that when the clubhouse opens, HOA will be $95 per month and Kathy had mentioned that the number was $106 in her email of March 5, 2009. I will try to get some better clarification on this particular number when I visit next month. The bottom line is that when the clubhouse finally opens sometime in 2011, those numbers will have changed anyway.

Charley, when we were there 2 weeks ago, we were quoted $106 as of that day, and yes, of course, they will go up when the clubhouse opens.

Fascinating. Rich did not confirm (or deny) that number. Only focused on the $83 that it is now. Two things I take away from that ... [1] We all need to continue to talk to each other and compare notes, which we do pretty well, and [2] He needs to KNOW that we all talk to each other!

Thanks for the update.

Sounds like a plan (they - and all the communities - really need to be consistent insofar as pricing and other details).

In a subsequent email that I just saw, Rich has confirmed the $106 per month figure and I reminded him that the website is incorrect. (I didn't really need his confirmation since Kathy already told me and Little Eggplant was told the same thing.) Now we just need them to build a clubhouse.
